Japan is currently grappling with a severe crisis, facing a series of earthquakes, a tsunami alert, and an in-flight fire within the past few hours. Reports indicate that the country has experienced a staggering 155 earthquakes since Monday, resulting in an approximate death toll of 48. The initial earthquake measured 7.6 in magnitude and was followed by numerous aftershocks, exacerbating the situation.

The western coast of Japan also endured the impact of a tsunami, drawing expressions of solidarity from India for the affected areas, particularly Ishikawa and nearby prefectures.

Prime Minister Fumio Kashida, has officially lifted the warnings following these catastrophic events. The government is actively engaged in efforts to restore and reopen crucial sea routes, emphasizing the urgency of this task.

Amid the ongoing disaster management operations, another tragic incident occurred involving the collision of two airplanes, claiming the lives of 5 passengers. These individuals were identified as coast guards, bravely engaged in the delivery of essential relief supplies.

Thankfully, all 379 individuals aboard the affected flight have been safely evacuated, as confirmed by the Transport Minister."
